Kids (3-9 Years) | Pediatric Chiropractic & Physiotherapy in Peterborough

As children grow, their bodies are constantly adapting to new physical demands—from running and climbing to starting school and organized activities. Our pediatric care for kids ages 3–9 focuses on helping them move well, build strength, and develop coordination in a way that supports both play and learning.

Bumps and bruises are a normal part of childhood development and supporting good recovery from falls, sprains and strains helps your child grow and thrive. We use fun, engaging, and age-appropriate therapy techniques to recover from minor injuries, improve strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness as needed. Our approach is always individualized, helping each child build skills in a way that feels encouraging and achievable.

During our appointment we also support parents and kids with suggestions for nutrition, sleep, and other recommendations to support optimal health. The result is a more healthy and confident child who can participate fully in school, sports, and play!
