Things to know before your first appointment:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing 
• Please remove your shoes when you arrive to keep our clinic clean
• Bring a copy of your insurance card with you, if applicable.
• If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge you the full appointment fee. This will not be covered by insurance.
