Zoe Parsons
Lactation Consultant
Zoe is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and labour and delivery nurse with more than 10 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, feeding, and the postpartum period.
With a background in labour and delivery and experience as a mother of two, Zoe brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to her work with families. She knows that feeding doesn’t always look the way we imagined it would—and that sometimes parents need more than information. They need someone who will listen, help them understand their options, and support them without judgment.
Zoe’s approach is evidence-based, practical, and compassionate. Whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding before your baby arrives, working through challenges after birth, combination feeding, pumping, or simply looking for reassurance that you’re on the right track, her goal is to help you feel informed and confident in your decisions.
Outside of work, Zoe loves being outdoors with her family. She enjoys running, kayaking, spending time at their cottage, and cross-country skiing. She grew up in Toronto but has discovered that she is much more of a lake-and-fresh-air kind of girl. She’s also a longtime Toronto Blue Jays fan, a Taylor Swift fan since the beginning, and has perfected the art of packing everything she needs for a trip into one small bag.
At the heart of Zoe’s work is a simple belief: families deserve to feel supported, heard, and confident in their feeding journey.
She’s excited to be part of the Thrive team and looks forward to supporting you and your family through this exciting new chapter.
