Felicia Pennanen

Registered Massage Therapist

I have always had a passion for helping others, which naturally led me to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Supporting people in their recovery, performance, and overall well-being is truly what drives me every day. During my clinical training in college, I gained valuable hands-on experience, and I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to work with athletes from the NHL, the Olympics and Provincial Junior hockey league. As an athlete myself, I’ve always been deeply interested in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and helping the body function at its best.

Outside of being a RMT I enjoy playing floor hockey, volleyball, and I play ice hockey as a goalie. Over the years, I’ve participated in numerous hockey alumni fundraisers where I’ve had the honour of playing alongside athletes such as Wendel Clark, Doug Gilmour, Gary Roberts, Sami Jo Small, and Megan Bozek, among many others.

Outside of the clinic and the rink, I love spending time in the great outdoors. Whether it’s summer or winter, you’ll often find me camping, hiking, kayaking, boating and fishing, enjoying everything nature has to offer.

What is your biggest vice?
Mini Eggs! Do not leave a bag or bowl of these anywhere, they will be gone.

Are you a morning person or night owl?
Definitely a morning person

Funny fact about me
I can’t multi-task very well and that’s how I ended up being a goalie, I just had to focus on one thing, stopping the puck.
