In summer of 2021 I booked my first ever massage therapy appointment. Afterwards I knew with absolute certainty that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. A few days later I transferred out of my college program at the time and into the Fleming College Massage Therapy Program, which was without a doubt the best decision I ever made. I graduated in April of 2023, and I am interested in furthering my education in the future by taking courses on pre and post-natal massage therapy as well as infant massage.

I believe that our bodies are our greatest gifts and for that reason it is so important to support and take care of them. I think that massage therapy is an amazing way to do so in supporting both our physical and mental aspects. Thrive has always been there for me with open arms as a client and I am so excited to become part of the team. I always try my best to create a warm and welcoming energy in my treatment room so that it can serve as a place for everyone to feel comfortable enough to be themselves in an empathetic atmosphere while receiving the care they need.

Outside of work I enjoy being a full-time cat mom, crocheting, going to the gym and helping my family take care of our farm.
