Unfortunately, the state of our current health system has left massive gaps in accessibility to primary care for thousands of patients. We are looking to support our community by providing access to care in an environment that supports their needs through a truly multi-disciplinary team. Primary care assessment, patient education, medication prescription, and imaging and specialist referrals are vital links in enabling our community to manage injuries and illnesses.
We are looking for a nurse practitioner who is looking for an opportunity to work independently from the traditional health system and reach patients who have been without a family doctor or primary care provider support. We are looking for a professional with a gritty, uplifting spirit who loves to learn. Someone who shines because of their dedication to the details of service and because they go above and beyond for every patient. Someone who knows that a team approach to health care is the BEST approach because no ONE professional has all the answers. Because that’s who we are!
