Do you direct bill to insurance companies?

YES! We offer direct billing to most health insurance companies. Just bring your insurance card, or add the details in your online intake forms, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Can we bring the kids to our appointments?

We love kids! Please don’t let childcare be a barrier for you to get the care you need. Our facility is child-friendly and our staff love having little ones around.

How do I know which service is best for me?

Just give us a call at 705-775-9453! Our experienced front desk team will do their best to guide you to the best service for you, and if they are unsure, they will book a complimentary consultation with one of our clinicians to make sure you are booked with the best professional for your individual issue.

Where do I park?

We have a full parking lot which is free and available at all hours of the day.

Is the facility accessible?
YES! We are wheelchair accessible and have main floor options for all of our clinicians. Some of our treatment rooms are upstairs, so if you do need a main floor option, please just give us a call and we can make sure to accommodate you comfortably.
Do you have private rooms or an open-concept treatment space?
All of our treatment spaces are completely private and treatments occur 1:1.
Can I buy a gift card?
